I welcome you to the Maison Médicale Borlée, a well-equipped multidisciplinary center. Graduated from Parnasse in 2017, I specialized very early in neurology. After one and a half years of practice and home in Brussels, I had the chance to work one year in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation center in Paris. I am now working in the psychiatric department of the Cliniques de l'Europe in addition to my independent activity. I have an approach that focuses on the individual as a whole. I will be very happy to receive you for any type of pathology. Nevertheless, I am specialized in neurology, psycho-somatic physiotherapy and chronic pathologies. I also consult at home.

Parfois, il arrive de rencontrer des changements ou des évènements de vie qui entraînent une certaine souffrance. Cette souffrance peut s’exprimer à travers des sensations et des émotions désagréables voire insupportables. Ces émotions vont alors provoquer des pensées qui peuvent mener à des comportements parfois contre-productifs. Qui n’a jamais vécu une situation qui le dépasse ? Qui n’a jamais adopté un comportement nuisible pour lui-même ? Chaque personne a son propre parcours de vie et il peut arriver à n’importe quel moment de sa vie de vivre une situation difficile à gérer. Le but de cet espace de travail thérapeutique consiste à identifier et à déconsolider les schémas de pensée négatifs afin de construire de nouveaux modes de pensée plus réalistes ou plus confortables. Il s’agit d’une co-construction de certains outils et techniques efficaces en cas de souffrance psychologique : dépression, anxiété, crise d’angoisse, estime de soi, évènement de vie compliqué, difficultés relationnelles, changements, addictions, burn-out, troubles obsessionnels compulsifs, phobies, etc. La co-construction permet à la personne souhaitant entreprendre un travail thérapeutique d’acquérir une autonomie dans la gestion de son bien-être psychologique. Mon approche de travail s’oriente selon les techniques de la thérapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC) qui permettent de construire des stratégies d’adaptation et de résolution de problème et de travailler la régulation émotionnelle.

Diplômée en psychologie en 2001 à l'UCL, je me suis d'abord formée à la psychothérapie avec les enfants puis à l'accompagnement des tout-petits (0 - 3 ans). Rencontrer un enfant ne se fait pas sans écouter, et parfois accompagner, ceux qui l'entourent et l'aident à grandir. Progressivement, je me suis donc également formée à travailler avec des adultes, parents ou pas. Aujourd'hui, je reçois tous ceux, petits et grands, qui à un moment de leur vie rencontrent une difficulté, s'interrogent ou sont en souffrance.

It treats conditions of the human body, regardless of the origin of the pathology (professional, sporting or traumatic). Sports coaching, exercise reconditioning and fat loss through physical activity are also his specialties! In addition, it has specific evaluation and treatment techniques with the aim of developing the most optimized rehabilitation possible for the patient. In addition, he is trained in the picking technique, manual therapy, the treatment of painful periods/endometriosis and the treatment of jaw disorders (TMJ/Maxillofacial). Hello, I am an approved and supervised clinical psychologist, with a master’s degree from the Free University of Brussels. Trained in the impact of the COVID pandemic, in supporting people experiencing burnout and in psychological assessments, I offer follow-up in French or English to adults and teenagers. My therapeutic approach is intended to be inclusive and active both in listening and in discussions, it is part of an integrative approach and adapts to your pace. Together we create your space for speech and security in an empathetic and caring framework. In sessions, if necessary, I use various media to support expression, such as metaphors, photo-expression, role-playing, Dixit or even drawing. In person or by video conference, you choose the place that suits you best to meet. I welcome you Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and every other Saturday until 6 p.m. at my office located in the Ama Sana center, rue Borrens n° 37 in 1050 Ixelles or by video consultation .
