Tout au long de mon parcours, j’ai toujours été guidée par une même envie: mieux comprendre et épauler les personnes confrontées à des souffrances invisibles — qu’elles soient psychiques, corporelles ou liées à des événements de vie difficiles.

Dans le cadre de mon doctorat en psychologie, je me suis spécialisée dans l’étude de l’impact de la douleur sur la prise de décision. Cette expertise me permet aujourd’hui d’accompagner les personnes souffrant de douleurs chroniques, en tenant compte de l’interaction entre le corps, les émotions et les fonctions cognitives. Je propose un espace d’écoute et de soutien où la douleur peut être comprise non seulement dans sa dimension physique, mais aussi dans ses répercussions psychiques et relationnelles.

En outre, j’ai obtenu un certificat en victimologie et psychotraumatologie, qui m’a permis de développer des outils spécifiques pour accompagner les personnes confrontées à des traumatismes, des violences ou des événements de vie douloureux. Je propose un espace d’écoute sécurisant, où chacun peut déposer ce qui pèse, à son rythme, sans jugement.

En parallèle, je réalise des bilans neuropsychologiques permettant d’évaluer les fonctions cognitives telles que l’attention, la mémoire, les fonctions exécutives, ou troubles du langage. Ces évaluations peuvent être utiles dans le cadre de difficultés cognitives liées à une maladie, ou encore pour mieux comprendre certaines problématiques rencontrées au quotidien.

Mon approche est à la fois scientifique, empathique et centrée sur la personne. Je m’efforce d’accueillir chaque patient dans sa globalité, avec bienveillance, en respectant son rythme et son vécu. Mon but est de vous aider à mobiliser vos ressources, à mieux comprendre ce qui se passe en vous, et à avancer, pas à pas, vers un mieux-être durable.

I am a clinical psychologist with a master’s degree from Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), and I work with adults facing emotional difficulties, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or repeated patterns that feel hard to change. In my practice, I use schema therapy — a method that helps people understand and change long-standing patterns that often come from unmet emotional needs earlier in life. I completed my basic training in Schema Therapy with the ISST (International Society of Schema Therapy), and I’m passionate about this approach. I also have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I integrate tools from both approaches depending on each person’s needs. I aim to support people in breaking self-destructive cycles and building a more authentic, emotionally fulfilling life.
