Ostéopathe diplômé après un cursus de six ans à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles, en collaboration avec la faculté de médecine, j'ai acquis une solide base de connaissances médicales ainsi que des techniques thérapeutiques avancées. Cette formation rigoureuse me permet de proposer des séances personnalisées et adaptées aux besoins spécifiques de chaque patient.

Mon approche est avant tout manuelle et se concentre sur l'amélioration de la mobilité et du confort physique, en prenant en charge les troubles musculo-squelettiques tels que les cervicalgies, les dorsalgies, les lombalgies, les dysfonctionnements de l'articulation temporo-mandibulaire et les troubles de l'appareil locomoteur de manière générale.

Mon objectif est d'offrir un accompagnement attentif et précis, en tenant compte de l'unicité de chaque personne pour lui permettre de retrouver bien-être et aisance dans ses mouvements au quotidien.

With a Master's degree in Physiotherapy, my recent training and my various professional experiences allow me to approach the most recent care techniques with maturity and professionalism in order to ensure an optimal functional and sports recovery in the respect, safety and well-being of the patient. The treatments cover orthopedic rehabilitation as well as respiratory physiotherapy (adult and child), geriatric or sports physiotherapy, with a particular emphasis on explaining the pathologies, treatment and prevention. Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient.
