I graduated in Sports Physiotherapy from VUB and further broadened my perspective by travelling around the world for a year, strengthening my passion for working with people and learning languages. I speak Dutch, French, and English, with a basic knowledge of Spanish.

As a self-employed physiotherapist in Brussels (Arte Medica and Basic-Fit) and strength & conditioning coach for the youth teams of Oud-Heverlee Leuven, I treat patients with a wide range of conditions. Football has always been a major part of my life. I currently play in the Belgian First Provincial League for KFC Herent after coming through the youth academy of OHL.

My areas of expertise include sports physiotherapy, manual therapy, and dry needling. I believe in a personalised approach to help every patient achieve an optimal and lasting recovery.

A registered physiotherapist with a Master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation at ULB, I practice general physiotherapy and manual therapy. I will be happy to support you effectively in your rehabilitation, whether sports, orthopedic, cardiological, neurological or geriatric. I take care of the Braine-l'Alleud Castors women's basketball team playing in Belgian division 1. I have also trained in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and take care of your children suffering from bronchiolitis and pneumonia. Very dynamic and attentive, I am keen to specifically adapt the sessions to your needs while remaining aligned with the latest scientific data and of course our final objective. Au cours de ma formation, j'ai eu l'opportunité de me spécialiser dans la rééducation du dos et de me forger une solide expérience dans la prise en charge de personnes en pré et post opératoire, en affections post traumatique, ainsi que de travailler avec des personnes souffrant d'affections respiratoires, circulatoires, rhumatismales ou neurologiques. Je m'appelle Alexandru Munteanu. J'ai un diplôme équivalent en kinésithérapie, étant diplômé de la faculté de kinésithérapie de "l'Université nationale d'éducation physique et du sport", Bucarest, avec le titre de Master en récupération et rééducation motrice et somato-fonctionnelle. Graduated in 2019 from a master in physical therapy at the Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles, I immediately trained in sports physical therapy as well as in manual therapy (Kinesport, Kinesitherapy of the Sport Expert).
