Kathleen Gillain est ostéopathe D.O. depuis 2024. Elle a d'abord suivi une formation en kinésithérapie à l'école Parnasse ISEI, de 2015 à 2019, avant de se spécialiser en ostéopathie à la Belgian School of Osteopathy, où elle a étudié de 2019 à 2024. Pendant son parcours, Kathleen a rédigé un mémoire en kinésithérapie portant sur les étirements de l'épaule chez les sportifs, et un autre en ostéopathie, axé sur le traitement du nerf vague et son influence sur la fréquence cardiaque. Passionné par mon métier et exerçant depuis bientôt 8 ans, je me suis spécialisé en kiné du sport. Je vous accompagne dans votre rééducation, dans la prévention de vos blessures, et dans l’optimisation de vos performances afin de vous aider à atteindre vos objectifs.

Je m’intéresse plus particulièrement aux pathologies spécifiques en course à pied, au trail mais également aux sports collectifs comme le basket-ball et le football. Vous pouvez me retrouver sur le terrain où j’encadre l’équipe de football du Sporting Brussels.

Suivant depuis 4 ans une formation complémentaire en ostéopathie, j’aime approcher le patient dans sa globalité afin de fournir une prise en charge ciblée et individuelle, le tout dans la bonne humeur.

Sportswoman and always interested in the human body and helping people, it was quite natural that I studied physiotherapy at the Leonard de Vinci high school. Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. I treat men and women both in general physiotherapy (orthopedics, sports injuries, geriatrics, etc.) and in abdominopelvic rehabilitation. Nicolas holds a Master's degree in physical therapy and rehabilitation from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He is specialized in orthopedic, postoperative, neurological and cardio-respiratory physical therapy. I graduated in 2012 and continue to educate myself on a regular basis in order to stay current and provide my patients with the best possible care. I am oriented as much as possible towards evidence-based practice (practice that combines the best scientific evidence and takes into account the patient's preferences). I provide general physical therapy (orthopedics, rheumatology, neurology, cardiology, respiratory physical therapy, post-natal physical therapy, chronic pain) and help with the initiation or resumption of sports activities. Information and understanding of one's health is an important part of my practice.

Approved osteopath (mutual reimbursement). Graduated from the Free University of Brussels with great distinction. My clinical practice is based on my anatomical and physiological knowledge and mainly addresses disorders of the musculoskeletal system. I use a wide variety of manipulative and non-manipulative techniques, which allows me to adapt to your needs and preferences. Moi c'est Marie, diplômée de l'UCLouvain et formée en kinésithérapie du sport, je met mes connaissances et mon énergie au profit de mes patients pour proposer des séances adaptées à leurs besoin.

Curieuse de nature, je m'intéresse au corps humain avec un intérêt pour les membres supérieurs ainsi que l'articulation du genou. 

Je pratique le crochetage et j'aime beaucoup aborder l'aspect nutrition avec mes patients.
