Dans une démarche d'excellence et d'actualisation continue de mes compétences, je poursuis actuellement une formation en ostéopathie à l'International Academy of Osteopathy (IAO). Cette formation me permet d'intégrer une approche holistique à mes soins et d'enrichir mes techniques de traitement pour offrir à mes patients une prise en charge encore plus complète et personnalisée.

A registered physiotherapist with a Master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation at ULB, I practice general physiotherapy and manual therapy. I will be happy to support you effectively in your rehabilitation, whether sports, orthopedic, cardiological, neurological or geriatric. I take care of the Braine-l'Alleud Castors women's basketball team playing in Belgian division 1. I have also trained in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and take care of your children suffering from bronchiolitis and pneumonia. Very dynamic and attentive, I am keen to specifically adapt the sessions to your needs while remaining aligned with the latest scientific data and of course our final objective. I am an independent physiotherapist with a passion for sports and exercise. My goal is to address any type of pathology in an active and qualitative way in order to achieve physical and mental well-being. Forte d’un bagage mixte de formations et d’expériences, j’ai toujours eu à coeur le bien-être de mes patients. 

Spécialisée en thérapie manuelle et en pathologies sportives, j’ai essentiellement évolué dans le milieu de la prise en charge des problématiques neuro-musculo-squelletiques en clinique sportive. 

Outre la thérapie manuelle, j’inclus au besoin dans ma pratique des techniques comme le crochetage (fibrolyse diacutanée), le dry needling ou le Mulligan.

L'ostéopathie est une approche diagnostique et thérapeutique manuelle des dysfonctionnements de mobilité articulaire et tissulaire dans le cadre de l'apparition de la maladie et des troubles fonctionnels. Suite à de nombreuses formations continues, ma pratique est adaptées au nouveau-né, à l'enfant, à la future maman, à l'adulte et à la personne âgée.

Graduated in 2016 in France, I worked for 6 years in the Nantes region. I then moved to Brussels in 2022 where I signed a contract. I practice active care adapted in particular to musculoskeletal problems (back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, etc.) and pathologies linked to sport and activity. My goal is to empower patients as much as possible by adapting to them and their pathology by supporting them during their rehabilitation. I have completed different training courses since my diploma: Mckenzie part A, Mulligan upper quadrant, Mulligan lower quadrant, Jo GIBSON, Neurodynamics.

I have 5 years of experience as an osteopath in my own home (after a 5-year training at the IAO, completed in 2016) and 11 years as a physiotherapist in a medical home with a very diversified care and a sharp knowledge of orthopedic disorders, sharpened by a 5-year experience as an assistant and lecturer at the International Academy of Osteopathy (Gent). His approach is based on 3 pillars: Listening: I take the time to make a good history and clinical examination with each patient to make a diagnosis. Techniques : I provide several types of osteopathic techniques : mobilizations, myotensive techniques, manipulations, cranial or visceral techniques, inhibition, hooking... Time: The session lasts 60 minutes in order to ensure a qualitative care to each patient. I deeply love my job and am comfortable with all types of people.
