As a psychologist, I have decided to focus my practice on both the assessment and management of young adults, adults and the elderly. Psychological and neuropsychological assessments can be requested and performed for diagnostic purposes. Assessment of cognitive functions (memory, attentional functions, executive functions, language, etc.) is usually considered following a head injury, when a degenerative disease is suspected or in the context of other neurological pathologies. I also perform IQ assessments in the context of logopedic reimbursements and suspicion of high potential or mental retardation. These psychological and neuropsychological assessments can also be performed in the context of psychological expertises. In therapy, the persons I receive are confronted with various problems such as a psychological trauma, a personality disorder, depression, malaise, anxiety, anxiety attacks, burnout, professional difficulties, harassment (moral and/or sexual), bereavement, etc.

I am a registered clinical psychologist, graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, and I have at heart to understand the human being and to help him/her as well as possible to face the events of his/her life. The individual is not reduced to his dysfunctions but is in constant evolution in his search for well-being and fulfillment. In the continuity of Carl Rogers' humanistic psychology, I believe in the valorization of each person's potential and in his or her ability to integrate and overcome difficulties. The proposed consultations take place in a warm, caring and non-judgmental environment, where all subjects can be discussed. In this space co-constructed with the patient, my role will be to accompany you in exploring and expressing your experiences, but also to welcome and help you understand the difficulties you are facing at this particular moment of your life. As a therapist, it is essential for me to offer you an intervention that takes into account the uniqueness of each person. Depending on your request, the treatment can be punctual or prolonged, adapted to your rhythm and your real needs. I propose accompaniment for all adults in suffering for different requests such as: relational or emotional difficulties, search for meaning, self-esteem, ill-being, management of stress/anguishments, depressions, dependencies...

Exerçant comme psychologue depuis maintenant presque 8 ans, mon parcours a été riche de diverses expériences, notamment en milieu hospitalier, dans la prévention au suicide, dans l’aide à la jeunesse et en milieu scolaire. J’aspire à vous permettre de naviguer de façon plus sereine à travers vos difficultés, à vous aider à les appréhender sous un autre regard, ceci à l’aide des ressources déjà présentes en vous ou nouvellement trouvées. Dans un cadre soutenant et au rythme qui est le vôtre, je vous accompagnerai à (re)trouver un équilibre momentanément peu ou pas accessible. Les difficultés rencontrées peuvent toucher à différents domaines tels que : la dépression, l’anxiété, les problématiques identitaires, les problématiques relationnelles, la gestion des émotions, l’estime de soi/confiance en soi, le deuil, les traumas, les plaintes psychosomatiques,... Je reçois également les enfants à partir de l’âge de 6 ans, incluant un travail systémique avec les parents.

Diplômé depuis 1998, j'accompagne toute personne confrontée à des difficultés, en situation de mal-être ou de souffrance, quelles qu’en soient les manifestations ( difficultés relationnelles ou professionnelles, anxiété, angoisse, isolement, addiction, phobies, dépression, troubles du sommeil, burn-out …). L’accompagnement se fait par une écoute attentive visant à permettre un apaisement ainsi que la découverte de solutions personnelles. Le suivi peut être ponctuel ou engagé sur du plus long terme en fonction des besoins et des attentes de chacun. Je reçois les adultes et les adolescents.Ma pratique est fondée sur l’approche psychanalytique et sur l’approche psychothérapeutique institutionnelle.

After a master's degree in psychology, I trained in analytical psychotherapy, psychoanalysis and systemic psychotherapy. I welcome in my private practice young adults, adults and seniors who wish to be accompanied in a personal journey. Consultations are by appointment only.

These tools allow you to connect with yourself and your resources, the first step towards a rapid wellness. I also receive you (after an initial interview) for walking coaching sessions (in the forest ).
