I am a clinical psychologist trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with additional training in integrative Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Whether you are navigating daily stress, a difficult life transition, or a deeper sense of being stuck, I offer a calm and safe space where you can feel heard without judgment.

Our work is a collaborative process. Together, we will observe your thoughts and emotions with greater clarity, so they no longer dictate how you live, and gently move, toward a life rich in meaning.

I work with adults, in French, English, and Turkish, and bring a particular sensitivity to cultural backgrounds and the experience of living away from one's home country, something I know personally.

Je suis psychologue clinicien spécialisé en Thérapie d’Acceptation et d’Engagement (ACT). Mon approche vise à aider les personnes à mieux vivre avec leurs pensées et émotions difficiles, plutôt que de chercher à les contrôler à tout prix. Ensemble, nous travaillons à clarifier ce qui compte vraiment pour vous et à développer des actions concrètes en accord avec vos valeurs, afin de construire une vie plus riche et épanouissante.

As a clinical psychologist with a degree from the ULB, I offer a caring and reassuring framework to accompany any person experiencing discomfort, questions or symptoms. Although my approach is mainly analytical, I consider the treatment as an active collaboration between the psychologist and the consultant. Thus, I sometimes use concepts and tools from other approaches (systemic and ttc) in order to adapt my practice to the individuality of the person. I receive teenagers and adults individually for 45 minutes, either for a one-time meeting or for a long-term follow-up.

Diplômée d’un master en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie et formée en ethnopsychiatrie, je propose des consultations pour les jeunes adultes (à partir de 18 ans) et les adultes.

Je reçois des personnes confrontées à différentes difficultés telles que l’anxiété, le stress, la dépression, les traumatismes ou l’épuisement professionnel (burnout), ainsi que des périodes de questionnement ou de mal-être.

Ma pratique s’appuie sur une approche multimodale attentive à la singularité de chaque personne. Les consultations offrent un espace d’écoute et de réflexion afin de mieux comprendre les difficultés rencontrées, mettre des mots sur son vécu et avancer à son rythme.

I offer coaching for adults and couples going through life transitions that may require a third party to help them welcome and understand them. I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.

Clinical psychologist graduated in 2016 from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I have since had the opportunity to work in several institutions welcoming people with various pathologies: autism, psychological disorders, dysphasia, deafness, etc. My professional experiences have been varied and rich in lessons. I am now opening my own practice to accompany children, adolescents and adults in the form of individual interviews. In order to broaden my skills, I am also training in sign language in Ixelles.
