Je suis psychologue clinicien et psychothérapeute, spécialisé dans l’accompagnement des adultes faisant face à des difficultés émotionnelles, relationnelles ou liées à des événements de vie marquants.

Ma pratique repose principalement sur deux approches complémentaires :

• Les thérapies cognitivo-comportementales (TCC), qui visent à identifier et transformer les pensées et comportements sources de souffrance.
• La thérapie EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), particulièrement indiquée dans le traitement des traumatismes, du stress post-traumatique et de certaines formes de dépression.

J’accueille principalement une population adulte, mais je reste ouvert à d’autres publics lorsque la demande s’inscrit dans mes compétences cliniques. Mon approche se veut bienveillante, collaborative et centrée sur les besoins du patient, afin de favoriser un cheminement vers plus de bien-être et d’autonomie.

I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from the ULB with a specialization in parenting support from the UCL. Using an integrative approach that reconciles psychoanalysis, behavioral and humanistic therapies, I propose that we work together in the understanding and resolution of problematic situations. Understanding the conceptual and cultural framework of others is the basis of the work I propose to undertake. Having worked in Latin America and practicing with expatriates, I attach particular importance to language, which can bring valuable subtleties to the therapeutic work. I receive in French as well as in Portuguese. The modalities and rhythm of the sessions will be determined during the first meetings where we will be able to identify the nature of the problem. I receive clients at the Mimosa Center in Brussels on Mondays and Saturdays for individual, family or couple counselling. My consultations are aimed at teenagers, adults and elderly people to whom I offer home follow-ups if necessary. Elle a d'abord suivi une formation à l'Université Catholique de Louvain en Psychologie clinique pour être diplômé en 2013; puis a choisi de poursuivre un cursus à Ichec Entreprise pour développer des compétence de management; enfin, de 2016 à 2019 elle a rejoint le CFNA où elle a été diplômé en Psychologie systémique (2016), Ostéopathie bio-énergétique (2017), Nutrithérapie (2019). Toutes ces formations lui permettent d'apporter les meilleures solutions possibles à ses patients. Psychologue clinicienne agréée à la Commission belge des Psychologues, référencée au numéro 932226806, je suis diplômée d'un Master en sciences psychologiques, à finalité spécialisée en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles. Je suis également coach de vie et coach pédagogique. Il est important pour moi de m'outiller au mieux et dans différents domaines afin de vous pour proposer un accompagnement le plus complet possible. J'ai étudié la psychologie clinique car il m'est primordial de travailler sur le fond et sur la source du problème. Psychologue clinicien de formation, je propose principalement des thérapies analytiques, des thérapies de type cognitivo-comportemental et systémiques.  Je suis également formé à la prise en charge individuelle et collective des traumatismes psychiques qui peuvent intervenir après un événement à fort retentissement émotionnel. 

Mon expérience de plus de 20 ans m’a amené à travailler autour de nombreuses problématiques : troubles anxieux, dépendances, difficultés conjugales, troubles relationnels, deuils, toutes formes de situation de victimisation (agressions sexuelles, violences conjugales,  traumas…), burn-out, difficultés dans la sphère professionnelle, gestion du stress.
