Madame Florence Bierlaire est une psychologue avec 25 années d'expérience. Elle est spécialiste des troubles sexuels et alimentaires ainsi que des troubles liés au stress et à l'anxiété. Elle est diplômée de Paris Descartes et exerce depuis 1994. Elle est membre de différentes associations telles que SSUB, Alter-psy, ASCliF ou encore l'ABP . Psychologue clinicien diplômé d'un Master en sciences psychologiques (Clinique et psychopathologie), je prends en charge les patients (adolescents, adultes et seniors) pour les problématiques suivantes : épuisement professionnel (burnout), addiction (tabac, alcool, drogue), dépression, troubles anxieux et stress, gestion émotionelle, accompagnement dans le deuil, phobies, troubles obsessionnels compulsifs. Je travaille selon une approche cognitivo-comportementale ; cette approche a pour intérêt de modifier les comportements et pensées problématiques par des conduites plus appropriées dans un esprit de respect, collaboration, transparence et d'incitation à l'action.

Clinical psychologist graduated in 2016 from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I have since had the opportunity to work in several institutions welcoming people with various pathologies: autism, psychological disorders, dysphasia, deafness, etc. My professional experiences have been varied and rich in lessons. I am now opening my own practice to accompany children, adolescents and adults in the form of individual interviews. In order to broaden my skills, I am also training in sign language in Ixelles. My psychotherapeutic vision is Freudian inspired. I welcome you for a first meeting at my office or at your home to understand your problems. You will then decide if you wish to start a therapeutic work.

Therapy is only available in French I have been an analytically oriented psychotherapist for several years in Brussels, more precisely in Laeken. I did a 3 year training in a recognized and official organization in Belgium. I am still training today. I have done a long personal analytical work of several years. With my patients, I work in depth on the link between the crisis of the moment (what brings the patient to consult, what we call the symptom) and his history in order to be able to interrupt this cycle of repetition. At the beginning of the therapeutic follow-up, there are first preliminary interviews in order to analyze your request, to get to know you and to consider if a collaboration is possible between you and me. These interviews vary between 2 and 3 sessions, they are a first contact. They are important in the sense that they allow you to know if you feel heard. It will also be an opportunity for you and me to reflect on the therapeutic work that we will do together. I am particularly keen that the patient is an actor and active in his or her work, which I believe is a source of real progress. I listen to your symptoms while trying to understand their meaning in the moment. It goes without saying that the confidentiality of the interviews is of the utmost importance. I welcome all types of patients in psychological suffering.

Psychologue clinicienne agréée, je reçois des adultes en individuel, en couple ou accompagné de leurs proches dans un cadre chaleureux, sécurisant et bienveillant. Ma pratique est « intégrative » : je m’appuie sur le courant systémique et l’approche humaniste, tout en y ajoutant des outils TCCE et de l’hypnose en fonction de vos besoins. Je travaille également beaucoup avec les émotions, la thérapie ACT et différents médias (livre, image, vidéo, métaphore, Dixit, ...).

Le principe essentiel dans ma rencontre avec vous est la co-construction : vous êtes le mieux placé pour savoir ce que vous vivez et ressentez et je me positionne comme une aide à votre propre exploration. Je vois mon métier comme l’accompagnement de mes patients dans la compréhension et l’appropriation de leur existence, ainsi que dans leurs propres transformations. C’est pourquoi une séance avec moi est un véritable échange et non pas une discussion à sens unique.

Mes domaines de prédilection sont les questions existentielles, le rapport aux autres, la gestion des émotions, l’assertivité et confiance en soi ainsi que les troubles de l'humeur et le burnout professionnel.
