Je possède un master en psychologie clinique de l’adulte de l’UCLouvain et un bachelier en psychopédagogie et psychomotricité de Marie Haps. J'ai été formée à la thérapie de la reconsolidation (Méthode Brunet). Lors de mon parcours clinique, j'ai développé mes compétences en accompagnant une grande variété de personnes souffrant de différents troubles psychologiques. Actuellement, je travaille avec des enfants, des adolescents, des adultes et des seniors. Je propose des consultations en turc et en français, avec une approche basée sur l'écoute active, la bienveillance, le regard positif inconditionnel et la compréhension empathique. Pour moi, la congruence est essentielle dans la relation thérapeutique. La thérapie de la reconsolidation est une méthode courte pour traiter les traumatismes, les phobies, les deuils persistants complexes et les troubles de l'adaptation. Chaque événement est abordé individuellement en 8 séances, combinant une thérapie spécifique avec l'utilisation du propranolol.

Je suis également formée à l'EMDR (Désensibilisation et Retraitement par les Mouvements Oculaires), qui est une méthode psychothérapeutique visant à aider les personnes à surmonter des traumatismes et des émotions difficiles. Grâce à une stimulation bilatérale (généralement par des mouvements oculaires), cette approche permet de retraiter des souvenirs douloureux afin de les intégrer plus efficacement dans notre mémoire.

Psychologue clinicienne, j’ai exercé au sein de nombreuses institutions (zone de police, Service de Santé Mentale, Centre PMS, mutualité, Haute École), tout en menant des consultations en tant qu’indépendante complémentaire. Aujourd’hui, je me consacre pleinement à mon activité en cabinet privé pour vous offrir un espace d’écoute et de transformation.

Hello, I am an approved and supervised clinical psychologist, with a master’s degree from the Free University of Brussels. Trained in the impact of the COVID pandemic, in supporting people experiencing burnout and in psychological assessments, I offer follow-up in French or English to adults and teenagers. My therapeutic approach is intended to be inclusive and active both in listening and in discussions, it is part of an integrative approach and adapts to your pace. Together we create your space for speech and security in an empathetic and caring framework. In sessions, if necessary, I use various media to support expression, such as metaphors, photo-expression, role-playing, Dixit or even drawing. In person or by video conference, you choose the place that suits you best to meet. I welcome you Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and every other Saturday until 6 p.m. at my office located in the Ama Sana center, rue Borrens n° 37 in 1050 Ixelles or by video consultation .

Having worked in Latin America and practicing with expatriates, I attach particular importance to language, which can bring valuable subtleties to the therapeutic work. I receive in French as well as in Portuguese. The modalities and rhythm of the sessions will be determined during the first meetings where we will be able to identify the nature of the problem. Psychologist specializing in neuropsychology. I mainly support children and adolescents with cognitive, behavioral and/or academic difficulties (ADHD, HPI, learning disabilities), as well as their parents. I also accompany university students for work methodology sessions. I carry out intellectual, attentional and/or neuropsychological assessments for children/teenagers and adults. I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology obtained from the Free University of Brussels in 2021, and a master's degree in Neuropsychology obtained from the University of Maastricht in 2022. I attach great importance to continuing education in order to continue to learn new things and improve my practice. I am trained in parental guidance (CPIM), in mental management and metacognition (work methodology), and I am currently completing a 2-year university course at the University of Liège in Cognitive Intervention. I worked as a neuropsychologist in a primary healthcare center in Namur in 2022 following an internship in infant-juvenile neuropsychology, and I have currently been practicing since January 2023 in a multidisciplinary neuropediatric center (La Manivelle) in Brabant Walloon.
