Diplômée en psychologie en 2001 à l'UCL, je me suis d'abord formée à la psychothérapie avec les enfants puis à l'accompagnement des tout-petits (0 - 3 ans). Rencontrer un enfant ne se fait pas sans écouter, et parfois accompagner, ceux qui l'entourent et l'aident à grandir. Progressivement, je me suis donc également formée à travailler avec des adultes, parents ou pas. Psychologue diplômée, j’exerce en tant qu’indépendante au sein de mon cabinet, où j’accompagne adolescents, adultes et couples dans une démarche d’écoute, de compréhension et de changement.

Mon approche se veut bienveillante, personnalisée et centrée sur la relation thérapeutique. Ainsi, il peut s'agir d'un accompagnement ponctuel comme d'un accompagnement sur du plus long therme.

Spécialisée en psychologie clinique, j’interviens sur diverses problématiques telles que l'addiction, l’anxiété, la dépression, les troubles relationnels, les transitions de vie (divorce, naissance, deuil,...) ou encore les questionnements identitaires.

Bonjour, je vous propose un accompagnement à votre rythme par visioconférence ou à mon cabinet à Winston Churchill. Cet accompagnement est personnalisé et se base sur les derniers outils scientifiques à la pointe en psychologie clinique. Les psychothérapies et les sexothérapies vous sont proposées dans un cadre individuel et bienveillant. J’ai eu la chance de me former à l’UCL et l’ULB, ce qui me donne une vision globale, chaque université ayant des approches théoriques complémentaires. Criminologue de formation au départ, j’ai travaillé avec un public très précarisé (sans-abris, personnes toxicomanes et alcooliques, détenus) dans la réinsertion sociale. J’ai complété ma formation de psychologue clinicienne orientée Thérapies Cognitives et Comportementales (3ème vague) et d'orientation systémique par un certificat en sexologie clinique appliquée. Depuis, j’utilise essentiellement la Pleine Conscience et la Thérapies d’Acceptation et d’Engagement. J'ai, par la suite, été certifiée hypnothérapeute PTR (psychothérapie du trauma réassociative) et je pratique l'hypnose conversationnelle et stratégique.
