Nutrithérapeute diplômée du CERDEN et du CFNA (enseignement du Dr JP Curtay, précurseur de la nutrithérapie en France), je suis également formée à la médecine nutritionnelle et fonctionnelle, au coaching motivationnel, à la cuisine santé, ainsi qu’au maraîchage et à la permaculture. Depuis plus de 10 ans, j’accompagne celles et ceux qui souhaitent améliorer leur santé durablement grâce à une approche nutritionnelle personnalisée, concrète et respectueuse de leur mode de vie.

Ma volonté est d’aider chacun.e à devenir acteur.rice de sa santé grâce à des choix alimentaires éclairés, tout en retrouvant un rapport apaisé et joyeux à l’alimentation. Spécialisée dans les troubles métaboliques (excès pondéral, résistance à l’insuline, prédiabète, diabète…), j’anime également des ateliers de nutrition et de cuisine santé.

Le plaisir de manger est au cœur de ma démarche. Je suis convaincue qu'il est tout à fait possible de se faire plaisir tout en apportant au corps tous les nutriments dont il a besoin pour être énergique et en bonne santé. Je vous aide à trouver votre propre voie pour concilier plaisir de manger et santé.
