Bonjour Madame, lors de la consultation de vos deux enfants, j'ai réalisé pour chacun un examen clinique complet, puis un examen radiographique. Des conseils personnalisés afin d'améliorer leur brossage ont également été donnés. Aucune pathologie n'ayant été constaté à la suite de ces différents examens, la consultation s'est donc terminée.La consultation a duré environ 30 minutes et non 5 minutes comme vous le mentionnez. Il est bien entendu important que chacun puisse exprimer son avis, mais il me semble tout aussi important que celui-ci reflète fidèlement le déroulement réel de la consultation. Dear Patient, I first carried out a complete clinical examination of both of your children, followed by the necessary X-rays, and then provided personalized advice regarding their oral hygiene and brushing technique. The consultation lasted approximately 30 minutes, not five minutes. It is of course important for everyone to be able to share their experience, but I believe it is equally important that reviews accurately reflect what actually took place during the consultation.
