Graduate of the Belgian School of Sophrology, I am passionate about this set of relaxation techniques developed in the 60's and which have largely proven themselves over time. Today Sophrology is one of the most powerful methods of relaxation and stress management. As a former teacher in primary and secondary schools, I have developed a special bond with children and teenagers.
