Je suis Laura, sophrologue, et j’accompagne les femmes confrontées au stress/anxiété (avec ou sans burn-out associé) et à l’endométriose/adénomyose à retrouver plus d’apaisement et d’équilibre dans leur quotidien.


A travers une approche globale mêlant sophrologie, écoute et outils issus de ma pratique d’éducatrice spécialisée en accompagnement psycho-éducatif et outils créatifs, je vous aide à mieux comprendre votre fonctionnement, à vous reconnecter à votre corps et à mobiliser vos ressources de manière durable.


Je vous reçois à mon cabinet privé à Erpent (Namur):

  • Mercredi de 9h00 à 19h00
  • Vendredi de 9h00 à 20h00
  • Samedi de 9h00 à 17h00


Je vous reçois à l’Espace 113 (Namur):

  • Jeudi de 14h00 à 20h00.


Je consulte également en visio.
