Je m’appelle Céline Leclère et je suis sophrologue diplômée d'un Master en sophrologie Caycédienne, formée à l'école Sofrocay sous la direction du Dr Natalia Caycédo.

Mère de deux enfants de 16 et 22 ans, mon parcours personnel m'a conduit à découvrir les bienfaits de la sophrologie, une méthode qui a transformé ma vie et m'a permis d'améliorer mon bien-être au quotidien.

Aujourd'hui, je souhaite partager cette méthode avec vous. Mon objectif est de vous accompagner dans votre chemin vers le mieux-être, en vous offrant des séances adaptées à vos besoins et à votre rythme. Que vous soyez en quête de sérénité, d'une meilleure gestion du stress ou d'un accompagnement dans des moments de transition, je suis là pour vous guider.
