Depuis 35 ans, j'ai développer une approche dans laquelle je propose des outils et des exercices concrets pour que les personnes et les couples puissent comprendre leur mode de fonctionnement et activer des leviers de changements.


Les consultations sexologiques permettent de se donner un temps pour soi, pour penser à son couple, à la sexualité que l’on souhaite. Elles aident à trouver ou retrouver le confort émotionnel et physique nécessaire pour vivre une sexualité épanouie et consentie, dans laquelle l'audace d'être soi peut se déployer.


Toutes les dimensions de l’intime peuvent y être abordées pour (re)trouver confiance en soi, comprendre ce qui se répète, dépasser la honte, les traumas : désir, plaisir, image de soi, douleur, pudeur, orientations sexuelles, préférences sexuelles, violence, expériences, séduction, solitude, masturbation, « pannes » et difficultés sexuelles, traumatisme, vie amoureuse, vie conjugale, mésentente, incompréhensions, frustrations, timidité, honte…


Les consultations se font dans le respect du secret professionnel, au rythme de chacun, seul(e) ou en couple. Pour adultes ou adolescents.
