I work with individuals and couples, in French and English, two languages ​​that I have spoken since my childhood. My training is in Humanist Therapy (London), Gestalt (Brussels), Imago Couple Therapy (London) and Vipassana meditation (England/France). I also use my personal and professional experience acquired in many difficult countries and professional situations. With individuals I work with Gestalt. With couples I work with the IMAGO Method - a method which seeks to help couples communicate better, without criticism, shame or guilt.
