  • Who am I? If this question seems simple on the surface, it actually encompasses a subtle mix of meanings, values, representations, experiences, images, skills and much more. It seems very difficult to answer this question in a few lines, but that is what I am going to do in order to give you the most accurate picture possible of the therapist that I am. My experience has shown me that the difficulties encountered by individuals are often linked to relational and emotional axes. I apply effective psychotherapy techniques to help patients understand themselves and to encourage them to adopt new attitudes in the face of the challenges they face. I approach the difficulties encountered by my patients through a systemic axis that includes all of your inter-personal relationships as well as through a more behavioral axis that will aim to focus on your thought patterns, in other words, your way of perceiving and interpreting the world around you. I also use Ericksonian hypnosis which allows me to work very effectively on a set of daily difficulties with a focus on your emotional feelings rather than your personal history. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic formula that will instantly solve all your problems, but a process that requires as much investment from the patient as from the therapist. In the end, small changes such as learning to deal with feelings of sadness or fear can lead to big wins. I seek to foster your own reflection and resources so that you can reconnect with yourself. My approach to therapy advocates a non-pathological reading of your experience in order to work collaboratively with you in a trusting relationship for the short or long term depending on your needs. With a Master's degree in Public Law and Political Science, I decided to complete my training with a degree in Clinical Psychology in order to be able to be closer to the difficulties of the people I accompany.
