Je suis psychologue du travail et coach professionnelle. Je propose des séances d’accompagnement pour vous permettre de vous sentir mieux, dans des cas de figures suivants : • Épuisement professionnel, burn-out et bore-out, • Réflexion autour de nouvelles orientations professionnelles, pour se recentrer sur son essentiel, • Confiance en soi, estime de soi • Se préparer à un changement, anticiper pour mieux le vivre et évoluer en toute sérénité.

Diplômé en psychologie clinique, je propose un suivi thérapeutique individualisé dans un cadre bienveillant, empathique et non-jugeant. Mon approche se veut intégrative, c’est-à-dire que je m’inspire de plusieurs courants de la psychologie, en privilégiant les méthodes validées scientifiquement. Etant formé à différentes techniques, le choix de la méthode sera fait de façon individualisée pour répondre au plus près à votre demande.

Psychologist Lise Stockx is part of the multidisciplinary group practice Think Outside in Gavere-Asper. She is a clinical psychologist and works with children, adolescents and adults. From an early age, she had a special interest in stories. She read one book after the other and when she learned to write in the first grade, she started writing her own stories. As she grew older, this interest developed into a curiosity about the doings of people and the stories of individuals. This was the reason for her to study psychology. You can contact her when you have the feeling that you are stuck, that you have lost your overview or that you can no longer find a thread that gives you something to hold on to (by mourning, loss, trauma, depression, ...). Together with you, she wants to look for that overview again, for new perspectives and for your thread. She does this by following your story and needs, as a travel companion with a gentle, listening ear and a great, genuine curiosity. By working creatively and experientially (for example through images, music, movement, psychodrama, ...) she makes with you the step from talking to feeling. In this way you get to know yourself in new ways and step by step we come closer to your strength. You can consider the therapy room as a safe place to experiment with this.

Through my experience, - I accompany you to discover or develop your resources and your potentialities in order to allow you to build a life in conformity with your desires and your values, a life project which resembles you. - I accompany you in order to give meaning to difficult experiences, to overcome obstacles and to bounce back in order to flourish in your life path.

Psychologue clinicienne agréée, je complète ma formation avec une spécialisation en psychothérapie intégrative. Cette approche s'inspire de plusieurs courants de la psychologie en privilégiant les méthodes validées scientifiquement, notamment empruntées à la thérapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC). Le choix des outils et des objectifs se fait avec vous, en fonction de vos besoins et préférences, et seront réévalués au fil du suivi. Je propose un suivi bienveillant et dénué de jugement afin d'accompagner toute personne faisant face à des difficultés dans son parcours de vie. J'ai pu acquérir de l'expérience dans le travail avec les adolescents, les jeunes adultes et les adultes. Je reçois toute personne à partir de 15 ans.

Clinical psychologist with a systemic and psychoanalytical orientation, I offer individual consultations (children, adolescents, adults) or family consultations in order to carry out, with you, a deep analysis and understanding of the problems encountered which led you to consult me. My specializations : - Accompaniment/support for parenthood - Work on the individual family history which may or may not have been traumatic and which may or may not leave traces on the current functioning - Accompaniment and support for children and adolescents showing signs of suffering/unwell-being and who may or may not have developed behavioral problems - Welcoming any person in psychological suffering who wishes to take stock of their situation and feel listened to (stress, anxiety, questioning...) My attraction to accompanying parenthood has led me to train as a baby massage consultant. I offer parents the possibility to learn specific massage gestures for relaxation and care of their baby. I'm a psychologist graduated from the Catholic University of Louvain. I spent more than 10 years in the business world where I had the opportunity to observe people facing change, conflict situations, burnout and the desire for professional retraining. I was also interested in the dynamics that exist between hierarchical superiors, employees as well as that of colleagues among themselves. ​ Today, in addition to my Master's degree in psychology, I am a certified coach and I support you in requests such as: ​ 1.
