J'accompagne des adultes, des couples et des familles en proposant des suivis thérapeutiques centrés sur les dynamiques relationnelles et familiales.

Je suis psychologue clinicien spécialisé en Thérapie d’Acceptation et d’Engagement (ACT). Mon approche vise à aider les personnes à mieux vivre avec leurs pensées et émotions difficiles, plutôt que de chercher à les contrôler à tout prix. Je suis psychologue clinicienne diplômée d’un master en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie. Licensed clinical psychologist for children, adolescents and families. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology from Lewis & Clark College (Portland, OR, USA) and a master's degree in clinical psychology and psychopathology from the Université libre de Bruxelles (Brussels, Belgium). I am in the process of obtaining an additional master's degree in neuropsychology and am training in family and systemic psychotherapy. I offer individual, couple or family follow-up on Monday mornings in Mérode and Thursday afternoons/evenings in Messidor. I also offer consultations at home or by videoconference in certain cases individuals (perinatal care, reduced mobility, hospitalization, etc.) Consultations in French and English, by appointment. I adopt an integrative approach to psychotherapy drawing on different trends including psychoanalysis, systemics and person-centered humanist therapies. The proposed follow-up is co-constructed between the patients and myself in the most human, caring way and adapted to the specific needs of people. Psychologist specializing in neuropsychology. I mainly support children and adolescents with cognitive, behavioral and/or academic difficulties (ADHD, HPI, learning disabilities), as well as their parents. I also accompany university students for work methodology sessions. I carry out intellectual, attentional and/or neuropsychological assessments for children/teenagers and adults. I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology obtained from the Free University of Brussels in 2021, and a master's degree in Neuropsychology obtained from the University of Maastricht in 2022. I attach great importance to continuing education in order to continue to learn new things and improve my practice. I am trained in parental guidance (CPIM), in mental management and metacognition (work methodology), and I am currently completing a 2-year university course at the University of Liège in Cognitive Intervention. I worked as a neuropsychologist in a primary healthcare center in Namur in 2022 following an internship in infant-juvenile neuropsychology, and I have currently been practicing since January 2023 in a multidisciplinary neuropediatric center (La Manivelle) in Brabant Walloon. I have been working since March 2023 every Wednesday at the Mimosa-Churchill center and welcome you there with pleasure.
