Diplômée de l'Isek en 2018, je suis conventionnée et spécialisée en Orthopédie, traumatologie et pathologies sportives (DANSE +++).


Une douleur qui vous gêne dans la vie quotidienne ou dans la pratique d'un sport ? Un mouvement que vous n'arrivez pas/plus à réaliser ? Je peux vous venir en aide pour :

Danseuse depuis mes 10 ans et ayant pratiqué différents styles, j'ai également à cœur d'accompagner spécifiquement les danseurs et danseuses pour :


  • la prévention des blessures,
  • la préparation spécifique aux exigences propres à chaque discipline,
  • la réathlétisation,
  • etc.


Je mets un point d'honneur à vous expliquer votre pathologie avant de la traiter.

La comprendre est essentiel afin d'être impliqué dans votre rééducation, et ensuite pouvoir prévenir les récidives sur du long terme.
