Graduated in physiotherapy at the ULB, in addition to a Master's degree in sports pathologies, and certified in therapeutic hypnosis, I continue my training in nutritherapy. In my opinion, health involves three main areas: physical activity, nutrition and mental well-being. Thus, my training, my dynamism, my optimism and my good listening skills, will motivate you to participate in your sessions in an active way and achieve your goals defined together so that they last over time. 


Cruciate ligaments, knee and shoulder surgery, sports, sprains, reathletization, fitness and any other physical or orthopedic condition, come with confidence!

Sacha Ernstberger est sans doute le meilleur kiné que j’ai trouvé à Bruxelles. Il allie un grand professionnalisme à une connaissance approfondie du corps, tout en restant sympathique et encourageant. Chaque séance montre son écoute attentive et sa capacité à adapter les traitements aux besoins spécifiques. Sa polyvalence – rééducation, amélioration de la mobilité, renforcement musculaire, conseils nutritionnels – en fait un praticien complet, exceptionnel et fiable. Si vous cherchez un kiné compétent, humain et toujours à l’écoute, Sacha est la référence à retenir. (J’hésite à publier cet avis si positif, car cela risque de rendre impossible d’obtenir un rendez‑vous avec lui ! :))
