Hello, my shoulder is about a few centimeters out of place since i landed on it strangely. My question is how serious this can be since I still have full range of motion although it does feel unstable in certain positions when I do sports and which doctor I need to see to put it back into place.

If you can move your arm in a complete range of motion, it's propabily not dislocated. You May br have a luxation of your clavicule wich is not an emergency.
In this situation it would be preferable to go see an orhto specialized in shoulder like Dr Maxime Bonnelance, he work very well.
The instability that you feel is the real issues, so check with the doctor if only physio would be enough or if you need a small surgery.
