I began acupuncture treatment with Claude Lamour because I was experiencing migraines almost three days a week and wanted to avoid a long course of heavy medication. Within the first few weeks, my headaches decreased to about once a week. After roughly ten sessions, they dropped to once a month or even less. The benefits of the treatment generally last for about a year, after which I return for a few sessions to keep the headaches under control—but even then, they remain far less frequent than before I started. Claude is both efficient and funny, which makes the sessions much more pleasant. He is an excellent physiotherapist, and I certainly recommend him.
