J'accompagne les personnes souffrant de douleurs (dos, nuque, épaules, genoux...), de blessures (entorses, tendinites, fractures...) ainsi que les personnes nécessitant une rééducation après une opération ou un traumatisme. Chaque suivi est adapté à votre situation, à votre mode de vie et à vos objectifs.


Je prends le temps de vous expliquer votre douleur, les objectifs de votre rééducation et le rôle de chaque exercice, afin que vous puissiez avancer en comprenant chaque étape de votre prise en charge.


Mon objectif est de vous aider à retrouver vos capacités et à reprendre vos activités avec confiance, tout en vous donnant les clés pour devenir acteur de votre récupération.


Pratiquant l'athlétisme, je suis particulièrement sensible aux enjeux de la prévention des blessures, de la reprise de l'activité physique et du retour au sport.
