We kwamen sinds lange tijd nog eens langs omdat ik het advies van dokter Keepers op prijs stel. Ze geeft advies op een heldere en respectvolle manier en stelt het belang van het kind steeds voorop. Ze finguurt hierdoor als een echte vertrouwenspersoon waarbij ze ook ruimte laat voor een eigen mening en de voor- en nadelen helder in kaart brengt. Ze begeleid, zoekt en ondersteunt zolang als nodig is.

Vond het zelf geen goede ervaring.... ik had een formulier te weinig mee, echt niet bewust. Mevrouw zat gejaagd en zette dit over op mij gezien ik zelf al gejaagd zat niet fijn. Omdat mail niet lukte omdat ze dit te snel zei, kreeg ik opmerking lijkt hier wel les IT. Sorry vind ik erg neerbuigend . Ik heb alle begrip dat mevrouw het druk had omdat secretaresse ziek was maar nog geen redenen om mens zo aan te spreken. Ik was daar echt door geschrokken. Vergat daardoor briefje voor de school en stuurde mail of ze dit kon opsturen of mailen... ook daar geen begrip voor. Jammer ....stond jaren in de zorg 3n ´og steeds help ik mensen ....alle begrip voor de drukte ...maar niet voor zo aangesproken te worden. Ook patiënten kunnen het druk en zwaar hebben..

Beste mevrouw, Ik denk dat niet alle artsen het geduld zouden hebben om gedurende 20 minuten te wachten om documenten te laten doormailen. Ik heb het nog voor u gedaan op uw gsm. Ik denk dat een ander u had laten terugkomen. Ik heb hier juist mee geholpen omdat ik begrijp dat iedereen wel eens een moeilijk moment heeft. Jammer dat u het niet zo heeft ervaren. Fijne dag nog!
