In 2007, I realized my childhood dream: to become a pediatrician! My training in pediatrics is a journey within the great hospitals: the University Hospital of the Queen Fabiola, the University Hospital of Saint-Pierre in Brussels and the University Hospital of Vaud in Lausanne (Switzerland). I am currently practicing in the IRIS Sud hospital network in general pediatrics. My tropism for infectiology and vaccinology led me to train in pediatric infectiology (in Paris, Lyon, Liège and Brussels) and in tropical and travel medicine in Antwerp. In spite of the high technicality of today's medicine, it must remain human. I think I have acquired this skill through my education but also through my humanitarian missions.

I am a pediatrician working daily at the maternity ward of the CHU Saint-Pierre, and I follow up children in my practice: early discharge, growth monitoring, nutrition, sleep, psychomotor development, vaccination, ... as well as medical emergencies. Specialist in neonatology and general pediatrics, she is a developmental specialist (NIDCAP) and also practices in Uccle at the Médi Vanderkindere practice, rue des Carmélites 152. She is appreciated by her patients for the cleanliness of her practice and also for her punctuality.

She offers at the Heusy polyclinic: Pediatric follow-up consultation for children aged 0 to 18 (newborns, infants, children and adolescents). Consultation for sick children. Le Docteur Caroline Cruysmans est spécialisée en pédiatrie générale, gastro-entérologie et nutrition pédiatrique.

Elle est diplômée en médecine de l'Université Catholique de Louvain en 2008 et en pédiatrie en 2013. Elle s'est formée en gastro-entérologie pédiatrique au sein de l'UCL, AP-HP Necker à Paris et l'HUDERF.
