Je privilégie une approche globale et individualisée centrée sur l’optimisation de votre alimentation selon vos besoins physiologiques. Cette approche est enrichie d’outils variés issus de pratiques psychocorporelles et/ou motivationnels afin d’ancrer les changements alimentaires de manière durable.

Maman de deux enfants, je connais aussi les défis quotidiens rencontrés par les parents lorsqu’il s’agit de proposer une alimentation adaptée aux enfants, surtout lorsqu’il s’agit de profil hypersensible et/ou à haut-potentiel et/ou TDA(H).

Pharmacienne passionnée par les approches complémentaires, j’intègre également à ma pratique la phytothérapie, l’aromathérapie et l’homéopathie.

Christelle Dusart est une thérapeute hyper professionnelle, consciencieuse et à l'écoute. La prise en charge est très complète et offre un réel soutien physiologique rapide, mais également un soulagement moral important, car elle est très humaine et propose un suivi vraiment global (sommeil, stress, nutrition, bilans et analyses médicales pertinents). Je la recommande vivement !

J’ai vu des changements dès le premier rendez-vous. Grâce aux recommandations personnalisées et aux compléments alimentaires adaptés, j’ai rapidement ressenti une amélioration (2 semaines), notamment au niveau de mon sommeil. Mme Dusart me propose des changements progressifs, faciles à intégrer au quotidien, mais qui donnent pourtant des résultats vraiment marqués. J’ai beaucoup apprécié son respect du patient, son écoute attentive et sa capacité à avoir une vision globale de la santé. Une professionnelle que je recommande sans hésiter !

Christelle Dusart est une nutritherapeute très professionnelle, à l'écoute et bienveillante. Elle prend le temps d'expliquer clairement les choses et de répondre aux questions. Elle m'a proposé des conseils personnalisés, simples à mettre en place et m'a aidé à adopter une alimentation adaptée à mes besoins. Les effets positifs se sont rapidement fait sentir. Si vous cherchez un accompagnement sérieux et motivant, je ne peux que vous la recommander!
