Médecin avec 50 min de retard, aucune excuse… vous parle mal, n’est pas à l’écoute. Vous annonce froidement que vous avez perdu l’audition et qu’il faudra mettre un appareil auditif.

Doctor Lubi was detailed in his approach and very kind with my 5 year old. He patiently explained every step and made sure she is comfortable with everything he was doing. He can't speak English, but with some broken French on my side we managed to communicate.

J’ai consulté le Dr Lubi pour un débouchage d’oreilles, et je le recommande vivement. Il est à la fois très bienveillant et extrêmement professionnel. Il a dû déboucher mes deux oreilles, dont une avec un gros bouchon, et il l’a fait avec beaucoup de douceur et de précision. Il m’a également donné de précieux conseils pour éviter que cela ne se reproduise.
