Psychologue spécialisée en neuropsychologie, j’accompagne toute personne qui souhaite mieux comprendre ce qu’elle traverse et retrouver un mieux-être durable. Je propose des suivis psychothérapeutiques inspirés des thérapies cognitivo-comportementales (TCC), une approche reconnue pour aider à apaiser l’anxiété ou les peurs envahissantes, surmonter les épisodes de tristesse ou de perte de motivation, travailler sur l’estime de soi, dépasser les répercussions d’événements traumatisants, améliorer les relations avec les autres ou encore apprivoiser des émotions particulièrement intenses, parmi d’autres difficultés de la vie quotidienne.

En complément, ma formation en neuropsychologie me permet de réaliser des bilans du fonctionnement cognitif afin de mieux comprendre l’origine des difficultés. Ils explorent, entre autres, l’attention, la mémoire, la planification ou le raisonnement, ainsi que d’autres aspects du fonctionnement mental, pour orienter la prise en charge la plus adaptée.

Je place la relation thérapeutique au cœur de ma pratique et veille à accueillir chaque personne dans sa singularité. Mon approche allie une présence bienveillante et profondément humaniste à une rigueur fondée sur les connaissances scientifiques actuelles, afin d’offrir un accompagnement à la fois chaleureux, personnalisé et solide.
