Accompagner son enfant au quotidien – TDAH & comportements difficiles

Un cycle de 12 séances hebdomadaires est proposé aux parents d’enfants de 5 à 18 ans présentant un TDAH, un trouble de l’opposition et/ou des comportements difficiles.

🎯 Objectif : Mieux comprendre son enfant et acquérir des outils concrets pour un quotidien plus serein.

🕒 Organisation : 12 séances de 1h15, en petit groupe, chaque mercredi après-midi au Centre Mimosa (Ixelles).

💬 Quelques thèmes abordés :

  • Donner des consignes claires et efficaces
  • Mettre en place des routines pour favoriser l’autonomie (matin, devoirs, coucher…)
  • Gérer les oppositions et les colères
  • Encadrer l’usage des écrans
  • Aider l’enfant à se réguler et à patienter

Un module spécifique est prévu pour les parents d’adolescents, abordant des enjeux tels que l’autonomie, la négociation, ou encore les comportements à risque.

Afin de proposer un accompagnement encore plus ciblé et efficace, je me suis formée au Programme d’Entraînement aux Habiletés Parentales (PEHP). Cette approche fondée sur des données probantes me permet d’outiller les parents de manière concrète et bienveillante, pour les aider à mieux comprendre leur enfant et à retrouver un équilibre au quotidien.
