Après m’être blessé en faisant du sport, j’ai trouvé une prise en charge vraiment rassurante. On comprend directement ce qu’on a et pourquoi on fait chaque exercice. Le suivi est régulier et on sent qu’il y a une vraie progression séance après séance. Parfait pour reprendre le sport sans stress. Merci beaucoup

Prise en charge très professionnelle. La kiné a pris le temps d'écouter l'évolution de mes symptômes et a adapté les séances en fonction de mon état du jour,Soulagement Immédiat Grâce aux manipulations ciblées et à la thérapie manuelle, j'ai ressenti un relâchement musculaire immédiat et une diminution de la douleur.Les exercices de renforcement et de mobilité étaient clairs, bien expliqués et ajustés à mon état sans douleur excessive.j ai reçu de bons conseils pour les exercices simples à réaliser à la maison pour maintenir les acquis.Je repars confiant(e) .Une séance efficace qui allie bien-être et travail actif vers la guérison .je la remercie beaucoup

Après une déchirure partielle de 1 cm du supra-épineux, je ne pensais pas récupérer aussi bien. Grâce a mon kiné, j’ai retrouvé mobilité et confort. Professionnel, compétent et très humain: clairement le meilleur kiné que j’ai eu! Merci beaucoup Ikram!! ❤️💪🏼
