Graduated from ULB in physiotherapy and rehabilitation, I welcome you in my office located Rue Edgard Tinel 30 in Anderlecht from Tuesday to Friday.     Bonjour, j'ai une douleur dans la nuque et derrière la tête ça descend dans l'épaule aussi. Que faire ? Merci

    • Bonjour, votre douleur peut être due à des tensions musculaires dans la nuque, parfois aggravées par le stress. Cela peut provoquer des irradiations vers l’épaule et la tête.

      Vous pouvez essayer d’appliquer de la chaleur sur la zone douloureuse et de faire quelques mouvements doux pour détendre les muscles. Si la douleur persiste, une séance de kiné ou d’ostéopathie pourrait vous aider à la soulager.
      N’hésitez pas à prendre contact avec votre médecin traitant pour connaître la marche à suivre

    Est-il permis à ceux qui ont une hernie discale de faire de la musculation comme forme d'exercice ? Si oui, à quel spécialiste dois-je m'adresser pour obtenir des conseils sur les exercices appropriés ?

    • Bonjour,
      Oui il est permis de réaliser des exercices adaptés à votre pathologie. Il faut, dans un premier temps, aller voir un médecin généraliste qui vous prescrira de la kinésithérapie.
      Le kinésithérapeute pourra vous aider à adapter vos exercices :)

    j'ai un point douloureux dans le haut du dos depuis une huitaine de jours. Que dois je faire ?

    • Bonjour, vous pouvez, dans un premier temps vous rendre chez votre médecin traitant pour qu’il effectue un examen clinique et vous renvoie si besoin vers un kiné :)
