Jeune kinésithérapeute, dynamique et passionnée par le bien-être de la femme, je vous accompagne avec une approche personnalisée et attentive.

Je suis spécialisée en kinésithérapie pré- et post- natale, ainsi qu'en rééducation abdomino-périnéale, afin d’accompagner au mieux chaque femme tout au long de sa vie.

Je suis également formée au drainage lymphatique méthode Renata França et méthode Leduc, une technique qui stimule la circulation et réduit les œdèmes. Elle est particulièrement indiquée pendant la grossesse, mais aussi en cas de rétention d’eau, troubles circulatoires ou en post-opératoire.

Je prends aussi en charge les hommes, notamment dans le cadre de rééducations pré- et post-prostatectomie, avec pour objectif d'optimiser la récupération et d'améliorer le confort au quotidien.

I specialize in pre- and postnatal physiotherapy, as well as abdominal and pelvic floor rehabilitation, to support women at every stage of their lives.

I am also trained in lymphatic drainage using the Renata França method and the Leduc method, techniques that stimulate circulation and reduce edema. They are particularly beneficial during pregnancy, as well as in cases of water retention, circulatory disorders, or post-operative recovery.

I also treat men, particularly in the context of pre- and post-prostatectomy rehabilitation, with the aim of optimizing recovery and improving daily comfort.
