I received targeted advice for my type of issue and a clear set of exercises and small changes to implement for the next 2 weeks and have a check at the end of those. Happily they also offer small group training and I look forward to join the class for guided healing and for improving my general shape.

Monsieur Gastmans a une approche très pédagogique. Il m’a suivi toute au long de ma revalidation des ligaments croisés. Il m’a permis de reprendre confiance à 100% dans ma jambe. Je me sens prêt à recommencer le foot la saison prochaine en grande parti dû à son expertise. Je conseille fortement !
