Le thérapeute a commencé par une examination profonde de mon dos. Ensuite il m'a fait un traitement et il m'a conseillé certains exercices à faire chez moi. Pas seulement pour les douleurs dans mon dos mais aussi pour comment gérer le vieillissement (je viens de prendre ma retraite). J'ai repris un rdv pour la semaine après.
