Première rdv remis pour cause de maladie (même les médecins peuvent être malades, on comprend). Deuxième rdv,50 min de retard. Mais dans les 2 cas, pas un mot d’excuse. Soins réalisés dans l’urgence dont un recommencé parce que réalisé trop rapidement. Le praticen ne cesse de regarder l’horloge parce qu’il est attendu au restaurant. Suite des soins le lendemain, samedi. Pas d’accès à la salle d’attente, le praticien travaille seul dans le centre médical. Il faut traverser le cabinet durant la consultation d’un autre patient pour pouvoir entrer se mettre à l’abri. Il faut tenir soi-même l’aspirateur. Pas de chance pour mon fils qui réalise ce geste pour la première fois et qui lâche le tuyau. Trop long moment figé et silencieux du praticien pour qu’on ne comprenne pas son agacement. C’est nous qui devons rappeler ce qu’il y a à faire dans nos bouches...rien n’a été noté. Un manque de professionnalisme évident.
