A couple of months ago I had a few sessions at the practice due to severe stiffness in back and neck. Everything felt professional and well organized: no waiting time, friendly staff and a nice and calm atmosphere. Dr Murphy was kind and professional and really helped to release the tension and get me moving again.

If you have any aches and pains, Declan is your man! He helped me loads with my chronic shoulder pain and knew exactly where the pain was coming from with barely any information. He gave an adjustment and some massage and advised me also to change my pillow. The day after the visit I could feel a huge difference. He's very patient and seems to care very much for his clients. I've already recommended him to a few friends. Don't hesitate to go visit him!

Declan was great is focusing on my weak spot (my lower back) but he managed to carefully diagnose the issue and manipulate and explain what he was doing all the way. He also used acupuncture which I’ve never tried before and it helped loads. I recommend him for sure and I’ll be going back.
