Pulmonologist – Allergist – Sleep Medicine Specialist – Expert in Exercise Physiology 

I am a medical specialist in pulmonology, allergology and clinical immunology, sleep medicine, and exercise physiology, with extensive expertise acquired in university and interregional hospital settings. 

I provide specialized consultations in: 

• General pulmonology: asthma, COPD, dyspnea, chronic cough, evaluation of respiratory function, bronchoscopy. 
• Allergology: management of respiratory allergies (allergic rhinitis, hay fever, allergic asthma), food allergies, chronic urticaria, drug allergies, and specific immunotherapy (including for hymenoptera venom). 
• Sleep medicine: sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, snoring, insomnia, excessive daytime sleepiness, implementation and follow-up of treatment through CPAP or other ventilatory devices. 
• Exercise physiology: conducting ergospirometry, evaluation of respiratory and cardiovascular performance during physical exertion. 

Originally from Romania, I graduated from the "Iuliu Hațieganu" University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca, and subsequently pursued specialization in Belgium and France. I completed several university degrees at the ULB and the University of Lille, particularly in allergology, sleep medicine, and cognitive therapy applied to insomnia. My international journey has allowed me to combine scientific rigor, a multidisciplinary approach, and a particular sensitivity to intercultural communication. 

I am currently collaborating with the Centre Hospitalier Reine Astrid in Malmedy, the CHU Brugmann (Immuno-Allergology Clinic), and CHIREC in Brussels, while also serving as a consultant at the St Josef Klinik in St Vith. 

In addition, I am actively engaged in continuing medical education, regularly participating in conferences, seminars, and collaborative research. My patient-centered approach emphasizes listening, personalizing care and integrating scientific advances for the benefit of the people I support. Whether it is to optimize the management of chronic diseases or to improve quality of life in complex contexts, my goal remains to offer accessible expertise adapted to the individual needs of everyone.
