My name is Alice, I am passionate about our capacity for healing and the treasures of Chinese Medicine. I have personally experienced the beneficial effects of Chinese Medicine on my own health. This is why I wanted to study, practice, and offer this complementary perspective to those who feel the need for it.

Diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis in 2018, an autoimmune disease which attacks the thyroid, I explored many ways and tried numerous therapies. Chinese Medicine helped me understand the limitations of Western treatments and how these could be complemented by other methods for a better health.

Furthermore, as an athlete and martial arts instructor, my vitality and recovery capacity are crucial elements that I have extensively researched through Chinese Medicine to enhance my competition preparation. This background allows me to understand the demands and challenges faced by athletes, and to guide them toward peak performance.

This support is not only physical, but also mental and emotional, as Chinese Medicine sees humans as a whole. I have personally benefited from Chinese Medicine during intense and challenging periods in my life, and it is with this experience that I strive to welcome each patient with compassion and attentive care.

Several consultation options are available, from a standard appointment to seasonal boosts, including a combined Movement-Treatment approach for "YinYang" sessions. The advantage of these is that they allow you to support your vitality with sessions dedicated to movement ("Yang" : mobility, stretching, gentle strengthening) and treatment ("Yin" : rest, relaxation, regeneration), all within the same booking.
