Sinus tap helps. Although I suggest to have an ENT examination and a CT-Scanner of the sinus before considering the use of antibiotics. In all cases, even if it is only a rhinitis, I advice you to use saline water shower and a dedicated spray depending on the findings of the examination.

Sinus punctures are no longer recommended. Moreover, in a private consultation, you're unlikely to find an ENT specialist with the necessary equipment. If this is what you really want, I'd advise you to consult a hospital.
Otherwise, the first thing to do is obviously to see the CT scan to determine the origin of the sinusitis and treat it as best it can.
