Il arrive de se sentir perdu.e, dépassé.e par les évènements du quotidien, ou envahi.e par des émotions désagréables. Dans ce cas, prendre rendez-vous chez un.e psychologue peut être difficile. Il est donc important pour moi que vous vous sentiez en confiance afin que vous puissiez déposer ce qui vous traverse dans un environnement sécure et chaleureux.

Mon objectif est de vous accompagner dans vos difficultés quotidiennes, vos questionnements et vos doutes, tout en respectant votre rythme et vos besoins.

Actuellement en formation en psychothérapies humanistes et expérientielles, j’adopte une approche centrée sur la conscience de soi et du corps. Lors de notre collaboration, nous travaillons à vous aider à mieux vous comprendre, à être en harmonie avec vous-même, vos ressentis et vos valeurs.

I'm a psychologist graduated from the Catholic University of Louvain. I spent more than 10 years in the business world where I had the opportunity to observe people facing change, conflict situations, burnout and the desire for professional retraining. I was also interested in the dynamics that exist between hierarchical superiors, employees as well as that of colleagues among themselves. ​ Today, in addition to my Master's degree in psychology, I am a certified coach and I support you in requests such as: ​ 1. The management of relations at work; which affect colleagues, superiors, your employees or any other actor in this environment. 2. Change management; in your social, family, professional or private life, 3. Life coaching; in order to reconnect with yourself, your passions, your identity. 4. As a licensed clinical psychologist, my therapeutic practice is based on a holistic approach to the individual, taking into account emotions, thoughts, body, behavior, spirituality and environment. My background has given me clinical experience in various fields: chronic stress, burn-out, depression, anxiety, cancer, trauma, chronic pain and psychosomatics. The therapeutic work I propose is based on brief therapy and reassociative trauma psychotherapy (RTTP). RTP is a therapeutic tool practiced with the help of strategic conversational hypnosis used for the desensitization of traumatic events whose goal is to reassociate and rebalance the different cognitive, emotional and physical perceptions in order to decrease the traumatic load. During a session, we dialogue and co-construct in order to create the conditions of change that you want to see in your life, the objective being that you can regain control over your emotions and physical sensations. My professional and personal experience also allows me to offer you mind-body tools such as relaxation, breathing, bodyscan and yoga, and psychoeducation if you suffer from chronic pain. I invite you to express yourself in a caring, empathetic and non-judgmental listening space in order to explore together what you are experiencing and to offer you a therapeutic accompaniment that takes into account your problematic and your singularity. I offer consultations for adults, in individual interviews, going through the following difficulties - Chronic and psychosomatic pain (fibromyalgia, polyarthritis, headaches, back pain, gastrointestinal disorders,...) - Anxiety, phobias - Chronic stress, exhaustion, burn-out - Difficulties related to hypersensitivity. More generally, I accompany and support you in your personal, relational, marital and professional difficulties in order to remobilize your resources and find motivation, joy of living, self-confidence and self-esteem.

En tant que psychologue et neuropsychologue clinicienne, je suis passionnée par l'accompagnement des personnes dans leur parcours de santé mentale. J'utilise des approches éprouvées comme l'EMDR et la TCC pour aider chacun à surmonter ses difficultés. Suite à des études de psychologie à l’Université libre de Bruxelles j’ai d’abord exercé en entreprise. L’humain ayant toujours été un point central à ma pratique, j’ai décidé d’en faire ma priorité. Je vous propose donc un suivi thérapeutique répondant aux problématiques liées non seulement au monde du travail mais également à celui de l'école. Je prends donc en charge les adultes ainsi que les adolescents et étudiants. Mon approche peut être divisée en différents axes. D’abord, toutes les questions liées au bien-être au travail ainsi qu'à l'école avec des problématiques telles que la gestion du stress, l’épuisement professionnel ou burn-out, le harcèlement, les relations interpersonnelles conflictuelles ou encore le décrochage scolaire. Ensuite, la question de l’orientation/réorientation professionnelle. Cela concerne autant les jeunes adultes en quête de la voie qui leur correspond que les employés qui aimeraient retrouver du sens au travail. Enfin, j'aborde également les problématiques liées à l'estime de soi, l'anxiété ou encore la gestion des émotions que ça soit en milieu professionnel ou non. Je propose un accompagnement adapté avec des solutions durables dans le temps.

Clinical psychologist with a systemic and psychoanalytical orientation, I offer individual consultations (children, adolescents, adults) or family consultations in order to carry out, with you, a deep analysis and understanding of the problems encountered which led you to consult me. My specializations : - Accompaniment/support for parenthood - Work on the individual family history which may or may not have been traumatic and which may or may not leave traces on the current functioning - Accompaniment and support for children and adolescents showing signs of suffering/unwell-being and who may or may not have developed behavioral problems - Welcoming any person in psychological suffering who wishes to take stock of their situation and feel listened to (stress, anxiety, questioning...) My attraction to accompanying parenthood has led me to train as a baby massage consultant. I offer parents the possibility to learn specific massage gestures for relaxation and care of their baby.
