- Gestion de l’anxiété et du stress

- Sentiment de mal-être ou de manque de sens

- Estime de soi fragilisée et rapport difficile avec votre corps

- Problèmes relationnels et de communication

- Difficultés ou questionnements dans votre vie sexuelle (baisse de désir, anorgasmie, vaginisme/dyspareunie, éjaculation prématurée, trouble de l'érection, anéjaculation)

Mon approche se veut douce et bienveillante, tout en étant orientée vers l'action. Je m’appuie sur diverses approches théoriques et pratiques telles que la thérapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC) et la thérapie mosaic.

Je vous reçois tous les lundis et mardis dans mon cabinet à Uccle et les vendredis au Centre Médical MesaCosa à la Chasse.
