Je suis psychologue clinicienne d'orientation systémique, spécialisée dans l'accompagnement des adultes (min. 18ans).

Mon approche se fonde sur l'écoute active, l'empathie, et le respect de l'individualité de chacun. Mon objectif est de vous offrir un espace de parole où vous pouvez vous exprimer librement, sans jugement, et en toute confidentialité.

Mon approche thérapeutique est intégrative, ce qui signifie que je m'adapte à vos besoins spécifiques en combinant différentes techniques et méthodes reconnues pour leur efficacité. J'ai notamment suivie la formation de Nathalie Hanot sur le carnet de deuil. Je suis également formée à un outil qui se nomme l'ennéagramme. Ensemble, nous explorerons les pensées, les émotions, et les comportements qui peuvent être sources de mal-être, avec pour objectif de vous aider à trouver des solutions durables et un équilibre intérieur.

Je suis convaincue que chaque personne possède en elle les ressources nécessaires pour surmonter ses difficultés. Mon rôle est de vous aider à les identifier et à les mobiliser pour que vous puissiez avancer sereinement.
