Géraldine Evrard, clinical psychologist and systemic psychotherapist, is a graduate of the Catholic University of Louvain and the IPRR. She obtained her degree in psychology in 2008. She specializes in eating disorders, personality disorders, mood disorders and burnout issues.

After a sabbatical year in Dutch in Antwerp and English in Malta, I began my training at the Picardie Jules Vernes University in Amiens. I then pursued a master's degree in social and intercultural psychology at the ULB, which I put into practice during, in particular, a humanitarian internship during the summer holidays, on the Tibeto-Indian border, as well as during an internship in a Brussels family planning center (Le plan F) and in a reception and accommodation center for adolescents in crisis (Abaka). Wishing to complete my training and attracted by the clinic, I then pursued a second master's degree in clinical psychology and psychopathology, which I completed with great distinction. I developed my practice with children in a mental health center; in a P.M.S center (primary and secondary school); at Ramée (Epsylon) in the adult and geriatric department. My attraction to adolescence and young adults was then strengthened by working for a year and a half at AREA+, a psychiatric clinic for adolescents, as well as at the Lycée Thérapeutique, a day center. I also completed a specialization in psychotherapy at ULB while working at BRU-STARS, a Brussels mental health care network. I currently work at Sainte Anne in adult psychiatry. For almost three years, I have been offering private consultations, three days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). I adapt my therapeutic practice to the person I see, adolescent or adult. With the desire to make care accessible to all, fees should not constitute an obstacle and can be adjusted. My office is located a stone's throw from Arts-Lois, in Madou , Avenue des Arts, on the third floor (elevators). Easy access via public transport.

I believe that the quality of our relationships determine the quality of our being. I therefore focus on navigating my clients through interpersonal challenges, conflicts and isolation and psychological symptoms that they may experience as a result of this. Being an expat myself my practice in Belgium is focussed on assisting expats and internationals in their process of adjusting to the new culture and country. Expatriation can easily leave you feeling overwhelmed and deeply isolated, amplifying "cracks" in your relationships.

Psychologist Marie Van Der Elst can welcome you during the week at the Aeternalis practice at Rue Alfred Stevens 78 in Laeken. After having obtained her master degree in clinical and psychopathological psychology in 2020, she is now dedicated to receiving you in this new practice, a very clean center. She can take you for the management of anxiety, stress, depression or anger. She also treats eating disorders and emotional problems. IMPORTANT NOTE: She consults by appointment only.

As a certified clinical psychologist (ULB), I work with teenagers & adults using an integrative approach, which draws from EMDR, psychoanalysis & systemic psychology. My practice provides culturally adapted care, is trauma-informed & person-centered, with an awareness & sensitivity around questions of identity. My professional experience within psychiatric services has trained me to welcome a multiplicity of internal conflicts, with an active listening to the person’s vitality, resourcefulness & creativity. In addition, my practice as a dance therapist brings in the somatic dimension, which considers the body as a person’s moving memory. Sessions can be held in 5 languages: English, French, Greek, Portuguese, Spanish.
