Master en doctor in de psychologie, erkend klinisch psycholoog en klinisch neuropsycholoog. Mijn verhaal brengt me terug naar 2012, toen ik mijn master klinische psychologie behaalde aan de Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Ik was altijd al geïnteresseerd in de veranderbare aspecten van onze persoonlijkheid. Ik kreeg er de kans om een doctoraat te behalen in de persoonlijkheidspsychologie. Hierdoor heb ik een theoretische expertise opgebouwd in persoonlijkheidsdiagnostiek doorheen de levensloop. Prestaties zichtbaar maken is echter niet waar mijn hart van oplaait. Deze kennis gebruiken om mensen effectief te helpen is waar mijn echte passie ligt. ​ Vanuit mijn interesse voor de invloed van de hersenen op ons gedrag heb ik een postgraduaat klinische neuropsychologie voltooid (VUB, 2020). Deze opleiding zorgde voor verdieping in cognitieve functies die aan de basis liggen van persoonlijkheidseigenschappen en veerkracht, en stelt me bovendien in staat om ook mensen met een neurologische aandoening psychologisch te begeleiden. ​ Sinds 2021 heb ik mijn kabinet als zelfstandig klinisch psycholoog in Gooik en sinds 2022 ook in Moorsel (Aalst) en Ninove. Hier voel ik me op mijn best. Ik krijg energie van mensen te helpen door de ideale omstandigheden te creëren zodat die persoon kan schitteren.

Hello, I am an approved and supervised clinical psychologist, with a master’s degree from the Free University of Brussels. Trained in the impact of the COVID pandemic, in supporting people experiencing burnout and in psychological assessments, I offer follow-up in French or English to adults and teenagers. My therapeutic approach is intended to be inclusive and active both in listening and in discussions, it is part of an integrative approach and adapts to your pace. Together we create your space for speech and security in an empathetic and caring framework. In sessions, if necessary, I use various media to support expression, such as metaphors, photo-expression, role-playing, Dixit or even drawing. In person or by video conference, you choose the place that suits you best to meet. I welcome you Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and every other Saturday until 6 p.m. at my office located in the Ama Sana center, rue Borrens n° 37 in 1050 Ixelles or by video consultation .

Mon approche est bienveillante, collaborative et adaptée à chaque jeune. J’accorde une attention particulière à la création d’un espace sécurisant où chacun peut s’exprimer à son rythme. Lorsque la parole est difficile, j’utilise différents outils médiateurs comme le jeu, le dessin ou d’autres supports créatifs pour faciliter les échanges et donner une place à ce que l’enfant vit intérieurement. 

Je reçois des jeunes confrontés à des difficultés émotionnelles, relationnelles ou comportementales, à des tensions familiales, ou encore à des changements importants dans leur vie. Ensemble, nous explorons les pistes qui peuvent favoriser leur épanouissement et rétablir un équilibre au sein de leur environnement.

Diplômée en psychologie clinique à l’ULB, j’accompagne aujourd’hui adultes et adolescent.e.s à partir de 15 ans (je suis psychologue conventionnée pour ados et adultes). Ma pratique est centrée sur l’individu et sa singularité. La dimension humaine m’est très à coeur: à travers les mots je tiens à créer un lien avec la personne pour pouvoir l’accompagner dans ses questionnements et son cheminement vers le bien-être. Je propose un espace de consultation bienveillant et surtout à l’écoute. Le but est de construire avec l’individu un travail thérapeutique sur mesure, qui prenne en compte ses ressources ainsi que ses limites. Étant en cours de formation à la psychothérapie systemique, j’accorde une grande importance au système dans lequel l’individu évolue et aux liens qu’il a tissé avec les différentes personnes de son entourage familial, professionnel, amoureux…cette dimension est donc prise en considération lors des entretiens. Je suis également spécialisée dans le traumatisme et la victimologie. À partir de vécus difficiles ou douloureux, je propose un accompagnement sécurisé, en suivant le rythme e les ressources personnelles pour pouvoir explorer et mettre des mots sur l’expérience touchante. -Estime de soi, confiance en soi, image de soi -Gestion des émotions -Problématiques de lien (familiales, relationnels…) -Anxiété, épisodes dépressifs, stress post-traumatique… -Problématiques liées à l’adolescence: estime de soi, confiance en soi, problèmes relationnels, anxiété,… -Accueil et soutien d’ados/adultes LGBTQIA+ Je suis psychologue conventionnée pour les moins de 24 ans. Si vous avez une mutuelle belge vous pouvez bénéficier de 10 séances à 11 euros. La première séance est gratuite. Je consulte également le mercredi après-midi au CHIREC Parc Leopold. Tout rendez-vous doit être annulé au moins 24 heures à l’avance. Une indemnité de 30 euros sera réclamée en cas de non présentation (sauf si justification).

I am a clinical psychologist recognized by the commission of psychologists (approval number: 912221778). I obtained my degree in psychology (research section) in 2014 at the ULiège. I continued my studies with a master in criminology obtained in 2016. After a year spent working in the field of youth work as a criminologist I realized that I felt hindered in the help I could provide. Therefore, I decided to take a final year of study in adult clinical psychology in order to be able to offer psychological follow-up for individuals, couples or families and to get as close as possible to the human character of the helping relationship. I am currently working at the Psy Pluriel center in Liege where I offer follow-ups for adults from 18 years old. I am trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy but I also have the skills and tools to adapt to the requests and the people who ask for help. The help I offer covers different issues such as anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, phobias ...), work on self-confidence / self-esteem / self-affirmation, stress management, emotional dependence, interpersonal problems or any other subject that concerns the person. I am also trained in EMDR which is a therapy centered on trauma, it allows to soothe the emotional knots resulting from one or more traumatic events in order to be able to integrate this into one's life path. I work mainly with individuals. Couple or family sessions are also possible. Passionate about my work, I am constantly training myself, in the "to come" section you can see my imminent projects. What can a psychological follow-up bring to you ? First of all, an attentive, neutral and benevolent ear. Indeed, the psychologist is a neutral person who will listen to you without judging you. This will allow you to put your feelings into words, in a way that will allow you to objectify them, to take a step back and to find courses of action in the company of a neutral third party and in a neutral place as well. It is true that it can be pleasant and reassuring to confide in friends or family, but they know you and even with the best of intentions they may see your situation with filters concerning what they know about you. Sometimes they live with you, so there may be biases on their side and you may be reluctant to describe your situation for fear of offending someone, for example. A psychologist does not know you and has no preconceived ideas about you, this new perspective is a real asset.
