Je traite une grande diversité de patients : sportifs, personnes âgées, patients postopératoires, ainsi que toute personne souhaitant améliorer sa mobilité ou son bien-être global.

Lors de la première consultation, une anamnèse approfondie et un bilan fonctionnel complet permettent de définir ensemble des objectifs concrets. Chaque séance est ensuite construite sur mesure, selon ces objectifs, dans une atmosphère bienveillante et motivante.

Je me forme continuellement pour offrir des soins actualisés et efficaces. Je prévois de me spécialiser en thérapie manuelle et en kinésithérapie sportive. J’ai déjà suivi des formations spécifiques telles que la Fibrolyse myo-aponévrotique par technique de crochetage et le Blood Flow Restriction Training.

I am oriented as much as possible towards evidence-based practice (practice that combines the best scientific evidence and takes into account the patient's preferences). Mrs. Flémal is specialized in the treatment of orthopedic and rheumatic pain of all origins, in the treatment of women in pre and post partum and in the respiratory care of young children.
