Lors de la première consultation, une anamnèse approfondie et un bilan fonctionnel complet permettent de définir ensemble des objectifs concrets. Chaque séance est ensuite construite sur mesure, selon ces objectifs, dans une atmosphère bienveillante et motivante.

Je me forme continuellement pour offrir des soins actualisés et efficaces. Je prévois de me spécialiser en thérapie manuelle et en kinésithérapie sportive. J’ai déjà suivi des formations spécifiques telles que la Fibrolyse myo-aponévrotique par technique de crochetage et le Blood Flow Restriction Training.

Specialization in perineology allows me to take care of women of all ages presenting problems in the urogynecological sector. such as: - Urinary incontinence - Perineal pain - Sexological problem such as vaginismus and dyspareunia - Organ descent As for the perinatal sphere, it gives me the opportunity to support women during their pregnancy, in order to best prepare them for childbirth. After this, I help my patients in their journey as mothers to allow them to find a toned perineum and body in their daily life. The rehabilitation will then focus on the work of the perineum, the strengthening of the abdominal strap as well as an overall fitness...
